This website is operated by Riya Singh. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eliora Jewellery. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.
2. Product Information & Care
- Handmade & Natural Variations: Many of our pieces use natural elements like semi-precious stones and pearls. Minor irregularities in color and texture are hallmarks of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.
- Anti-Tarnish Disclaimer: While our stainless steel and 18k gold-plated collections are designed to be anti-tarnish, their lifespan depends on proper care. To maintain shine, avoid contact with perfumes, sanitizers, chlorine, and excessive moisture.
- Visual Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography lighting.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- Delivery Timelines: * Delhi NCR: 1-2 business days.
- Metro Cities: 3-4 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
- Failed Delivery: Our courier partners attempt delivery three times. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a reshipping fee of ₹125 will be charged to the customer.
4. Cancellation & Returns
- Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
- Return Policy: Due to hygiene and the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or personal preference.
- Damaged or Wrong Items: We only offer replacements if the item received is damaged during transit or if the wrong product was sent.
5. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both the customer and our small business, we maintain a strict policy regarding damage claims:
Important: You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the opening of the outer courier seal to the revealing of the product. This video must be sent to us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery. Without a valid unboxing video, no claims for damages or missing items will be entertained.
6. Customized Orders
- Orders for customized or “made-to-order” jewelry require a 50% advance payment.
- Customized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
7. Limitation of Liability
Eliora Jewellery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South West Delhi, Delhi.
